Unique Nordic Education Experience for next generation owners

The program is intended for next generation. It develop the mindset, insight, and tools needed to navigate succession, governance, values, and family dynamics in a modern ownership landscape. It is build on longterm cooperation between Formue and the Center for Entrepreneurship and Ownership (CeFEO) at Jönköping International Business School. Key topics are:

Modul 1: Introdution

Session 1: Family ownership - an introduction to responsible ownership.

Session 2: Ownership with a purpose - a new logic and dynamic perspective for responsible and transformative ownership anchored in deep awareness, responsiveness, collaboration, synergy, and renewal.

Session 3: Lunch to lunch meeting in Oslo.

Modul 2: Technical Skills

Session 1: Governance - learning a concise and effective picture of the key aspects of ownership in connection to company governance.

Session 2: Family Dynamics - insights on different options regarding succession and how to take informed decisions about own involvement.

Session 3: Wealth and Entrepreneurship - how the next generation can entrepreneurially contribute to reinvigorate and create the family legacy.

Session 4: Lunch to lunch meeting in Stockholm.

Modul 3: Personal Skills

Session 1: Self - different dimensions of how we overcome difficulties, achieve our goals in life through self-actualization and wellbeing, confidence, and self-discipline.

Session 2: Relationships - the dynamics and types of social conflicts and emotions, the roles of justice and fairness, and how we can navigate this.

Session 3: Community and society - how personal selves can influence investments as well as ownership decisions, and the impact on the surrounding community and society.

Session 4: Lunch to lunch meeting in Oslo.

Price: 95,000 SEK/NOK exclusive VAT (Additional costs for hotel and travels)

Program schedule: Start 3-4 september Oslo, 15-16 oktober Stockholm, 3-4 december Oslo.
